The Insurance Company “OZOK Ins” AD (previous name – “OZOK – Health Insurance” AD) is a joint-stock company registered back in 2008 under the name “Municipal Health Insurance Fund” AD, with UIC 200140730.

The Company has its registered office and management address at Sofia City, 93-96 Atanas Dalchev Str.

The Company holds License No. 523-ZOD dated 15 May 2008 for voluntary health insurance, issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC).

The Company was initially offering the following products in the period from its inception until August 2013:

• Health Betterment and Illness Prevention
• Outpatient Medical Care
• In-Hospital Medical Care
• Additional Services
• Reimbursement of Medication Costs
• Dental Care

In accordance with the requirements of para. 29, item 1 of the Transitional and Final Provisions to the Act Amending and Supplementing the Health Insurance Act (SG, issue 60 of 07/08/2012), the “Municipal Health Insurance Fund” AD brought its activity in line with the Insurance Code (IC) and got licensed as an insurer under the name of “OZOK – Health Insurance” AD pursuant to FSC’s Decision No. 619-OZ dated 7 August 2013.

The Company has been licensed to provide insurance services under Section II, letter "A" of Appendix No. 1 of the Insurance Code (IC), as follows:

•  Under item 1 - Accident Insurance - All Risks;
•  Under item 2 - Illness Insurance - All Risks.

The relevant changes following our re-licensing as an insurer were made to the Company's File in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency on 15 August 2013.

The Company’s name has been Insurance Company “OZOK Ins” AD since 30 April 2014.

Subsequently, by FSC’s Decision No. 968-OZ dated 18 December 2015, we have been granted an additional license by the Financial Supervision Commission to extend the scope of our activities under Appendix No.1 , letter "A", Section II of the Insurance Code (IC), namely:

• Under item 7 - Goods in Transit (including goods, luggage, etc.);
• Under item 8 - Fire and Natural Disasters - All Risks;
• Under item 9 - Other Property Damage - All Risks.

By FSC’s Decision No. 65-OZ dated 16 January 2018, we have been granted yet another additional license by the Financial Supervision Commission to extend the scope of our activities under Appendix No.1 , letter "A", Section II of the Insurance Code (IC), namely:

• Under item 3. - Road Vehicles (excluding Rail Vehicles)

Covering any damage or loss to:

- Road Motor Vehicles;

- Road Vehicles Other Than Motor Vehicles.
